Gratitude Challenge Day 7 of 7 (3.23.19):

Gratitude

— You know where I’m going with the first gratitude! I FINISHED THE CHALLENGE TODAY!!! Next, love for the wife getting us home last night. When we got here, the kids didn’t fight over bedtime, win #3. For #4, I got my tires replaced and it made a huuuuuge difference. Found a black owned tire shop too. 😉 I’ve been working on keeping my dollars within the Melanin community. Yooooo, dude was honest as hell too and saved us $100. Props to HEB for their hot tortilla chips, puuuuurfect for dipping in guacamole or any other salsa.

Attitude

*Find comfort in chaos*

(Please, you know I don’t know😉)

— This goes well with yesterday’s F.O.C.U.S. & J.O.B. Nothing will be perfect and I must remember that as I write and mature. I must forge ahead regardless of what’s happening around me. This is what finding comfort in the chaos means.

Passion

— I learned that we’re going on vacation in bout…. THREE weeks. Ok, I kinda knew that. I just didn’t realize how close we were to go-time. It’s important to recognize that I learned the best dipping chip too. Writing update? I’m well into Chapter 6 and wrote during a slow time of kicking it last night. That excited me because it signifies a possible passion.
