I’m handicapped and was there for over 45min but not a person asked or checked on me. HANDICAPPED AND HAD MY 5year old! I only stayed THAT long because I actually thought ahead to schedule an appointment for opening an account. It was extremely frustrating especially with my mobility issues and the struggle to get here. I completed everything online and thought it’d be a faster process. BBVA Compass didn’t feel same way. Two different employees made eye contact but no one came. It was early as heck on a random weekday so the bank wasn’t packed at all. 45min, my daughter and I played on electronics,talked and even shared her juice YET no one came. When we got up to leave, an account person hurried to ask how was our visit. “Poor because no one helped me open a new checking account with direct deposit. I signed up online, brought the requisite documents even scheduled an appointment buuuut no one helped me so I’m leaving.”
