This reminded me of Waffle House and is why we went. My wife loved the Migas & Chorizos and I can’t lie, it looked great. Me on the other hand, International Burrito with 3 pancakes. It was a good size and I couldn’t finish it. The pancakes came piping hot, loaded with butter and the fluffiness melted in my mouth. The first test of a burrito is how easily my fork cuts through and this passed. It relied on the veggies for flavor so I used hot sauce.
