Gratitude Journal Day 22: Hump Day, 10/21/2020

21 days for posting of personal Gratitude Journal.

Why keep a Gratitude Journal at all? (This is the saaaaaame intro for every Gratitude Journal entry. It’s here for the newbies to the journey.)

I try to start everyday with a Grateful heart. *duck face* Potna, I ain’t lying. You can check my IG accounts Queen/King. I get a lil raunchy on the Multiple_Sclerosis_Outlaw but I’m calmer, gentle with allthingsonelove. On both, I start my day sharing Gratitudes, stories of Gratitude and anything related to being Grateful. I’m dead ass serious about my Gratitudes because it keeps me present and accountable for my own energy. I recognize and appreciate the actions, words and energy of others intending me good. By starting my day with Gratitude, I have less MS pain, MS symptoms and MS depression because I’m actively pushing my thoughts towards a positive direction of Gratitude. My relationships with others are stronger because my Grateful ass notices what others do for me, to me, WITH me. *bows* I could go on and on and on and on about the benefits of being purposefully grateful buuuuuut… *whispers* Pssst, you know I wrote about it…

I don’t wanna scare anybody buuuuuuut…
Yeah. That is ME. I’m taking charge of my life. I’m calling my shots. If I miss, I’ll get the my rebound. I don’t know a LOT about manifesting so I’ll learn about manifesting. Telling YOU, ya folks, dem hard times, all those hating bills that I’M interviewing success. Nope, not for an opportunity either. Success wants to ride with ME for an entry level position. 😉😉 APPARENTLY, Gratitude has been singing my praises so here success come looking for hand outs and riding my wave. 🙏🏾

3.) Added Zoom to my tutorial business! 👨🏿‍🏫 Hands weren’t shaking and I balled OUT with notes. I absolutely KILLED that session. Yeeeaaaaaaa BOIIII! My independent company has taken another step. With the Zoom subscription, I can now help multiple kids, multiple families at ONCE. 😎 We can play games and share with others. I can start my own Zoom meeting for MS’ers and tutor on yoga, meditation, diet, exercise, MINDSET. Yuuuuup, I am getting there. S/O to grinding for yourself, building for yourself and being grateful for the come-up!

2.) Brussels Sprouts 🥗🥗 I used to really, really DIS-like brussels sprouts but life as a Pescatarian changed me. Slicing those mugs into an ALL green salad completely remixed the taste. Sprouts, lettuce, cucumbers, peppers and a mango vinaigrette rescued my lunch. *blows kiss* In terms of wellness, lemme give the world a heads up. Brussels sprouts are gonna bang on your gas valves. 😖 That can be problem. I solve it with heavy doses of chia seeds to keep plumbing pumping as efficiently as possible. Yoo, get your water intake up too. Believe me, that water consumption will make or break the WHOLE day and once it’s off, it takes concentration to fix. 😑

1.) The Packers accepted my trade. 🤜🏾🤛🏾🏈 I’m telling y’all. THIS trade will make me a threat in the SuckaFree CFM. No more last place finishes. (Blog coming soon! 🤞🏾) I’m giving up THREE, 2022 1st round draft picks for another user’s #4 pick in this draft. 🤓 Of course, I gotta PLAN. I have #3 and #4 and #25. I’m snatching some CBs and HOPEFULLY I can get a real QB at the end of the 1st round. *sigh* I traded Kendall Fuller for 3 1s and thought I’d be okay without him. I’m not. We finished 4-12, last place in the NFC East. I figured out how to beat the CPU but in the end, I traded for the chance to upgrade multiple positions but looks like I won’t. I wanna get a QB early but I’m not sure I’ll develop him properly and waste the pick. 🙄 Well, draft is this weekend and I’m grateful I have different routes to take.
