Why keep a Gratitude Journal at all? (This is the saaaaaame intro for every Gratitude Journal entry. It’s here for the newbies to the journey.)

I try to start everyday with a Grateful heart. *duck face* Potna, I ain’t lying. You can check my IG accounts Queen/King. I get a lil raunchy on the Multiple_Sclerosis_Outlaw but I’m calmer, gentle with allthingsonelove. On both, I start my day sharing Gratitudes, stories of Gratitude and anything related to being Grateful. I’m dead ass serious about my Gratitudes because it keeps me present and accountable for my own energy. I recognize and appreciate the actions, words and energy of others intending me good. By starting my day with Gratitude, I have less MS pain, MS symptoms and MS depression because I’m actively pushing my thoughts towards a positive direction of Gratitude. My relationships with others are stronger because my Grateful ass notices what others do for me, to me, WITH me. *bows* I could go on and on and on and on about the benefits of being purposefully grateful buuuuuut… *whispers* Pssst, you know I wrote about it…

😑 Maaaaaaan, I’m trying to WIN. Happy Saturday and let’s get IT.😉

3.) Didn’t need to stay late for work! 😎 Correction, I didn’t need to stay late or come in early. I missed some time on Monday because I was fulfilling WORK requirements. *pops collar* Everything go as planned, I’ll end November licensed for health & life insurance in 28 states. 2-8. 28! 🤜🏾🤛🏾👏🏾 I’m the Bounce Back KING. Oh! *scratching head* I forgot about the Gratitude. Riiiiiiiight before my scheduled morning make-up session, it was canceled. I don’t know why, didn’t asn’t why, ain’t STUDDEN why. I’m grateful it was moved to after training. During the day, a colleague showed the skill I needed AND upgraded said skill with bold, italicized, colors, fonts, etc. BEEEEEEET. After training, I quickly showcased my new knowledge and voila… I’m OUT. Friday was ON.

2.) Mid-day Naps. 😴😪 I missed them so MUCH. I appreciate the gig. I want a permanent position but I need naps. Saturday? I got a good 1-hour nap, in the bed, under the covers, house at 70°. 🙌🏾 Woke up feeling like a new man.

1.) Favorite charger working! 📱📱📱 YAAAAS. Wife bought me a $1, 2-foot long charger but it lasted maaaaaaybe… uhmmm…. like a DAY. 👎🏾 *shrugs* That’s how the game supposed to go. I know, I know. *mocking voice* Get whatcha pay for. 😔 That’s why I’m grateful AF that my OLD charger started working. I gotta hold the cord in weird, jacked up positions for it to stay in but it works. #Boom
