Why keep a Gratitude Journal at all? (This is the saaaaaame intro for every Gratitude Journal entry. It’s here for the newbies to the journey.)
I try to start everyday with a Grateful heart. *duck face* Potna, I ain’t lying. You can check my IG accounts Queen/King. I get a lil raunchy on the Multiple_Sclerosis_Outlaw but I’m calmer, gentle with allthingsonelove. On both, I start my day sharing Gratitudes, stories of Gratitude and anything related to being Grateful. I’m dead ass serious about my Gratitudes because it keeps me present and accountable for my own energy. I recognize and appreciate the actions, words and energy of others intending me good. By starting my day with Gratitude, I have less MS pain, MS symptoms and MS depression because I’m actively pushing my thoughts towards a positive direction of Gratitude. My relationships with others are stronger because my Grateful ass notices what others do for me, to me, WITH me. *bows* I could go on and on and on and on about the benefits of being purposefully grateful buuuuuut… *whispers* Pssst, you know I wrote about it…

This is me ALL the time. 😑 I research and read on this stuff relating to natural remedies & healing. I experiment on myself using herbs, teas and various, NEW foods. I USED to worry and trip over how others viewed my “medical plan”. Now, I’ve found and connected with so many others, like me, that I don’t even think about what haters might hate on. You gotta find your Fam, squad, Tribe that gets it. If you don’t have them yet, reach out, post up, throw some feelers out, join some FB groups and just creepily read others’ memes and posts until YOU feel comfortable. The POINT is, work on YOU.
3.) “If I EVER get sick in America, send me home to Haiti. Money is not worth this.” 👑 These words were spoken by a member of my team, he’s from Haiti. When he said it, I knew EXACTLY what he meant. I was so crunk; I literally jumped out of my wheelchair! I was grateful to hear, see, FEEL that energy, alignment. That’s why I’m determined to leave this country. I’m grateful because his statement verified what my family is doing. Yoo, the conversation has spiraled into raising kids, religion and even diet. I can dig the stuff he talking about and lemme explain. *lights funny cigarette* I don’t get out the house (disabled, MS, 🙄) so ANYTIME I meet another King, I’m ready to collaborate. 🤜🏾🤛🏾
2.) Got the spigot thing to work. 💦💦We’re actually BUYING those big, ol’ 5-gallon jugs of ALKALINE water. *raises eyebrows* I BEEN telling y’all about the benefits, using RR easier, tastes better, BMs. So, we got our first one. It didn’t work. 😣😭 Only “splashes” would come out, drips and drizzles. Not good. We thought it was broken and were gonna take it back. NOPE. 😎 Turns out we had to remove the little, plastic, stopper thingy from the spout. Boom. Mic drop. 🎤 Water flowing and even dem kids said, “Daddy! The alkaline water taste different. You can drink it at regular temperature. You don’t even NEED ice!” Maaaaan, I laughed at THAT nugget of recognition. They’re right. You don’t need ice. #DrSebi 👨🏾⚕️
1.) My eldest took her siblings riding through the hood. 🚗👏🏾🖤 Yuuuup. She got her car. Yuuuup, she named it. (She got that from ME! 😂🤣 I name all my cars based the car’s temperament and attitude and …. SWAG) Yuuup, she took the OTHER kids riding and it blew their heads UP. It made me feel OLD and successful. I raised a daughter that actually kick it with the family a lil bit. *makes pinch with fingers* See, that’s that Gratitude. They said “thank you” instead of joking and clowning her skills. Awwww… Look at me raising grateful chi’ren! 👏🏾💪🏾😜
