Why keep a Gratitude Journal at all? (This is the saaaaaame intro for every Gratitude Journal entry. It’s here for the newbies to the journey.)
I try to start everyday with a Grateful heart. *duck face* Potna, I ain’t lying. You can check my IG accounts Queen/King. I get a lil raunchy on the Multiple_Sclerosis_Outlaw but I’m calmer, gentle with allthingsonelove. On both, I start my day sharing Gratitudes, stories of Gratitude and anything related to being Grateful. I’m dead ass serious about my Gratitudes because it keeps me present and accountable for my own energy. I recognize and appreciate the actions, words and energy of others intending me good. By starting my day with Gratitude, I have less MS pain, MS symptoms and MS depression because I’m actively pushing my thoughts towards a positive direction of Gratitude. My relationships with others are stronger because my Grateful ass notices what others do for me, to me, WITH me. *bows* I could go on and on and on and on about the benefits of being purposefully grateful buuuuuut… *whispers* Pssst, you know I wrote about it…

Why I chose THIS to start my day…
The story goes like this, I quit the SuckaFree Madden CFM because my life is good as hell. I’m enjoying damn near EVERYTHING I do. Even when I DON’T successfully complete something, I’m easier on myself, don’t fall out, get anxious or start thinking negative thoughts. I enjoy my alone time, down time, boring time and NEVER have enough time because I’m promoting, marketing, advertising, connecting, building my brand, business, books & blog. I’ve created an entire system, routine of prevention and self care. I’m counseling others on living BETTER despite their disease, illness, DISTRACTIONS. 😎
I got ALL that good stuff going & POPPING but I’m tripping and stressing myself over playing a freaking video game. 😑 I’m playing with a group of guys that doesn’t recognize each other’s achievements. Dudes bang and bag on you for missing a game, needing more time, losing, snitching on your play style, cheating, cheezing (but SWEAR they aren’t) and generally take every opportunity to knock another man or hate under the age old bullshit of “DAWG. Get out your feelings. Get better or shut up.” 🤔 That’s when it hit me, I’m NOT an alpha male. Never was but I wasted 40 years trying to be. The cats in that league that match my goals, hustle, love & gratitude are friends. I need to remove myself from ANYONE, ANYTHING that doesn’t. That’s TRUE alignment and I get it. I’m NOT deleting people that I’ve known for years and made memories with; I’m adjusting their level of access to me because I’m NOT going back to that hardcore-don’t smile-expect-the-worse-but-hope-for-best persona and they DAMN sho can’t walk my journey.
3.) Obadofin Olamileken 🖤 Anytime I get great service from other entrepreneurs, I’m sharing, telling and pushing! Obadofin and I met over FB. She drew cartoons for her clients and word was she was fast and affordable. 😉 That’s an UNDERstatement of her ability. She is unearthly quick on messaging, questions and yes, I got my artwork within 12hours by FB and email. My book is PUBLISHED and available on Amazon and my site but I’m using HER next book cover for something like this! I LINKED HER CONTACT TO HER NAME! Please, tell her I sent you so she’ll like me!

2.) Time4learning.com 👏🏾👏🏾 This mug is AWESOME so far! It’s the homeschooling program we chose and we’re floored by the options and accessibility. You can even input your start date, finish date, holidays, “teacher work days” and the site organizes all the courses and breaks it down into units that coincide with YOUR schedule. They have WELLNESS electives for health, histories over African and South American kingdoms and my G/T youngest will FINALLY have material she isn’t bored by. (She’s GT in EVERY subject but gets NO differentiation from her teachers.) On top of that, guess who was hired for F/T tutoring? ME! 🤣🤣🤣🤣
1.) TECHNOLOGY. 💻📱💪🏾A couple members of my Tribe have manual wheelchairs now. (Nature of the MS beast 🤜🏾🤛🏾💪🏾) They asked if I could show them the yoga I used when I was swanging and banging in my wheelchair because of arm soreness, fingers hurting, back whistling, chest on… I don’t know but my chest used to hurt too. Weeeeeell, thanks to technology, I could. HECK I had options, Zoom, YouTube, Google classroom, all types of stuff. I did my thizzle, saved, shared and done. Y’all KNOW my purpose is helping others right? 😉🙏🏾🙏🏾
