Why keep a Gratitude Journal at all? (This is the saaaaaame intro for every Gratitude Journal entry. It’s here for the newbies to the journey.)
I try to start everyday with a Grateful heart. *duck face* Potna, I ain’t lying. You can check my IG accounts Queen/King. I get a lil raunchy on the Multiple_Sclerosis_Outlaw but I’m calmer, gentle with allthingsonelove. On both, I start my day sharing Gratitudes, stories of Gratitude and anything related to being Grateful. I’m dead ass serious about my Gratitudes because it keeps me present and accountable for my own energy. I recognize and appreciate the actions, words and energy of others intending me good. By starting my day with Gratitude, I have less MS pain, MS symptoms and MS depression because I’m actively pushing my thoughts towards a positive direction of Gratitude. My relationships with others are stronger because my Grateful ass notices what others do for me, to me, WITH me. *bows* I could go on and on and on and on about the benefits of being purposefully grateful buuuuuut… *whispers* Pssst, you know I wrote about it…

Why I chose THIS to start my day..
Check it. I bought another MS’er a wheelchair and had it next-day-delivered. 🎙🎤 Oops. Didn’t mean to “mic drop”, my bad. 😉 The action of inputting his information and pressing place order had MY heart racing. I KNOW what a mobility device can do for the disabled, the energy it grants, comfortability, ease, how much it de-stresses the mind. His messages were all the Gratitude I needed. I don’t want a repayment plan. ME, allthingsonelove.com, is INVESTING in my community, people and Tribe. I want everything I touch and see to grow. I can’t even write this morning because I get choked up just THINKING about yesterday. This is what I want my blog to do: help others, inspire others, teach others and connect others so people, like me #sickAF, can keep going. 🤜🏾🤛🏾💪🏾🖤👑
3.) I’m in the SUPER BOWL of the Gorilla Daddy League on Madden 21 (ps4) 🏈 First time in MY gaming history that I made the Madden Superbowl. I play the role of Coach Anzari T’Challa (Cool ass name huh? Anzari is the REAL son of Storm & Black Panther. T’Challa was Wakanda’s greatest King.) and in year one, we have the Cincinnati Bengals in the Championship vs. my Tribesman, Hawk, and the Atlanta Falcons. I barely avenged my loss to my OTHER potna in yesterday’s AFC title match, 12-7! My OTHER potna is joining as the Eagles. Duuuuuuude, I’m so grateful to have a squad of BLACK Fathers to game with.
2.) We got groceries! 🍏🥗 *duck face* Ohhhhhh, YOU ain’t grateful bout making dem groceries? Surviving the stares, eye rolls, long lines and RONA of the supermarket? Well, WE are. 🤣😂
1.) My daughter completed her first week driving HERSELF back & forth to Cosmetology School. 🚗😍👩🏾🏭 *nervous smile* I know, I know. She gotta grow up. STILL, I’m Daddy and I get scared. Tell you what tho, I’m grateful AF that she does, gets her coffee, scheduled and did her sister’s hair for the holidays… *sniff* “The days are long but the years are fast.”
