Why keep a Gratitude Journal at all? (This is the saaaaaame intro for every Gratitude Journal entry. It’s here for the newbies to the journey.)
I try to start everyday with a Grateful heart. *duck face* Potna, I ain’t lying. You can check my IG accounts Queen/King. I get a lil raunchy on the Multiple_Sclerosis_Outlaw but I’m calmer, gentle with allthingsonelove. On both, I start my day sharing Gratitudes, stories of Gratitude and anything related to being Grateful. I’m dead ass serious about my Gratitudes because it keeps me present and accountable for my own energy. I recognize and appreciate the actions, words and energy of others intending me good. By starting my day with Gratitude, I have less MS pain, MS symptoms and MS depression because I’m actively pushing my thoughts towards a positive direction of Gratitude. My relationships with others are stronger because my Grateful ass notices what others do for me, to me, WITH me. *bows* I could go on and on and on and on about the benefits of being purposefully grateful buuuuuut… *whispers* Pssst, you know I wrote about it…

Why I chose THIS to start my day…
This is the saaaaaaaaaame message I’m pumping everyday. YOU are accountable for YOUR thoughts, good, bad, dark, funny, it’s ALL your thoughts. The reason you’re feeling stuck, like the same scenarios keep playing out with you failing or people laughing is because YOU are NOT growing your mindset. You’ve been in the same place, pattern, repeating mistakes, afraid of progress and it’s time to build. Books, podcasts, social media, audiobooks, adjust who see and talk to personally but do SOME-thing to increase, improve, adapt and overcome. (Got THAT from my Uncle Tony! 🤜🏾🤛🏾🖤)
3.) Upful Blends 🌺🌱🌾 Whoa, WOW & hold up. Upful blends is a BLACK owned company that sells herbs, vitamins, supplements and all sorts of natural products. Yes, I am stacking up knowledge & experience with herbs to manage symptoms. Damn right, I am busting my HUMP to support BLACK owned businesses. I research before buying and find minority businesses to serve my needs. Sometimes, it works right away, like Upful Blends. Other times, it takes a few opportunities but I’m ALWAYS impressed with the hustle and effort. Upful Blends sent a handwritten thank you note and *sniff* I dig that sentimental stuff. 🖤🖤🖤 What did I get? Sea moss, bladderwrack and all types of new stuff including some cell regeneration products! 🤜🏾🤛🏾 (Hey, the link is in the name! Go check it out and tell I sent you!)
2.) S/O to my SON! The Queen says that was she banging her head trying to incorporate kids’ Gratitude Journals with the school day activities. (WE on week 2 of REAL homeschool. 👩🏾🏫👨🏿🏫) According to the witness accounts, my son, TRUTH, came up with the idea of writing 5 Gratitudes every day AND you have to write a paragraph on ONE of the 5. 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽 GOOD JOB SON!!! That kind of idea makes me think he is really down with this lifestyle we’re building. He’s the kid with the most apprehension about remote school, sports, homeschool and even wonders if my whole, natural approach is the best course of wellness. He’s prefer I pop pills, follow medical advice and be “normal” but that ship sailed in 2017. I’m sincerely grateful that he’s participating a little more. 🙏🏾✊🏾👊🏾
1.) My 1st call went well! 🤤👀 🙏🏾 DAWG. I was nervous ALL weekend. When I say, all, I mean ALL weekend. Well, I answered her questions, updated her contact information, talked about raising grandbabies and BOOM, “Booy. YOU are the best person I’ve ever spoken to about this stuff. YOU get it. What’s your name because I’m doing a survey about YOU.” 😢😢 🙌🏾 How did the rest of the calls go? It was regular after that but that FIRST call set up my day for GREATNESS!
