Why keep a Gratitude Journal at all? (This is the saaaaaame intro for every Gratitude Journal entry. It’s here for the newbies to the journey.)

I try to start everyday with a Grateful heart. *duck face* Potna, I ain’t lying. You can check my IG accounts Queen/King. I get a lil raunchy on the Multiple_Sclerosis_Outlaw but I’m calmer, gentle with allthingsonelove. On both, I start my day sharing Gratitudes, stories of Gratitude and anything related to being Grateful. I’m dead ass serious about my Gratitudes because it keeps me present and accountable for my own energy. I recognize and appreciate the actions, words and energy of others intending me good. By starting my day with Gratitude, I have less MS pain, MS symptoms and MS depression because I’m actively pushing my thoughts towards a positive direction of Gratitude. My relationships with others are stronger because my Grateful ass notices what others do for me, to me, WITH me. *bows* I could go on and on and on and on about the benefits of being purposefully grateful buuuuuut… *whispers* Pssst, you know I wrote about it…

Why I chose THIS to start my day…

Yoo. It’s really, REALLY easy to say, “I know I’m not perfect.” Easy to say but how much are YOU faulting yourself for what you can’t so? You blaming yourself for the financial problems of the family? I did. *shakes head* I STILL do knowing it ain’t MY fault that I got hit with Primary Progressive Multiple Sclerosis by month #6 of diagnosis. It wasn’t MY fault that MS cost me several jobs in the beginning of treatment. It ain’t MY fault for NON of this illness related stuff, employment, money, mobility, driving, falling asleep on movies and shows, forgetting shit. I say that out loud but I’ll kill my own mood OVERthinging ALL of it. That’s where my FLAWSOME comes in. I take steps to remind myself of everything I CAN do, better at planning and finishing, better at writing and building this blog, more patient father, more understanding son, list goes on. I know these things because I *snap*

Yup! YOU guessed it. I know these things because I meditate and listen to the affirmations given to me. I write in my Gratitude Journal about how others make me feel worthwhile, worth it. THAT stuff sticks in YOUR head, improves YOUR mindset, makes you FLAWSOME.

3.) Slfmade III by Lil’ KeKe 🎧 12 songs, easy listening but gangsta than a MUG. Ohhhh, I missed jamming KeKe. I heard the entire album, while ON the clock because the phones were so slow and chill during the OT shift. The music is CRUNK material when you breaking, popping and head banging on the clock, ain’t even sleepy, by your DAMN self! 🤣😂

2.) Got some newbies in the Gorilla Daddy League 🏈🏈 We’re getting deeper, better and dudes are crunk on my posts about it all. I’ve never gotten more than 6 at one time but NOW, we’re at 8. Everybody sending pics, talking good, playing their games and following rules. Sure, SOME users were removed for being inactive but we still got 8 so 😋😋.

1.) The Queen and I had an ALL day workday over my BLOG!!! 🖤🙏🏾👏🏽 I mean ALL day. We started at 8:30am, redesigning elements of the theme and colors. I’m grateful for her help because it’s obvious my ideas were NOT that popular, didn’t fulfill SEO recommendations (WHATEVER that stuff means 🤷🏾‍♂️), too long or too “Kendrick”-y. *sigh* I’m NOT hurt about the changes but more excited. She been reading and researching so I’m ready to listen. After all, the better the blog, the MORE people I can help!
