Why keep a Gratitude Journal at all? (This is the saaaaaame intro for every Gratitude Journal entry. It’s here for the newbies to the journey.)
I try to start everyday with a Grateful heart. *duck face* Potna, I ain’t lying. You can check my IG accounts Queen/King. I get a lil raunchy on the Multiple_Sclerosis_Outlaw but I’m calmer, gentle with allthingsonelove. On both, I start my day sharing Gratitudes, stories of Gratitude and anything related to being Grateful. I’m dead ass serious about my Gratitudes because it keeps me present and accountable for my own energy. I recognize and appreciate the actions, words and energy of others intending me good. By starting my day with Gratitude, I have less MS pain, MS symptoms and MS depression because I’m actively pushing my thoughts towards a positive direction of Gratitude. My relationships with others are stronger because my Grateful ass notices what others do for me, to me, WITH me. *bows* I could go on and on and on and on about the benefits of being purposefully grateful buuuuuut… *whispers* Pssst, you know I wrote about it…

The difference is ACTION. A way of thinking means you’re always considering it. Lifestyle means you’re always DOING it. I’m NOT there yet but I’m SHO nuff on the way.
3.) My music AIN’T heard at “work” 😉 Found a volume setting that gets me jamming BUT nobody can hear in the background during calls & role-playing. Training remotely, with 100+ adults, is tough. You feel like very, little, learning is about your comprehension and purely based on a score. (Former teacher so I get.)
2.) Knee length socks 👀👣 It is FREEZING in this house. Good thing I have THICK, knee length socks when my PJs are getting washed.
1.) Organizational tools I’m talking about graphic organizers, calendars, schedules by week, schedules by hour, NOTES and all by paper. Look, I looooove tech. I don’t know what the heck I’m doing sometimes but I still try. That being said, ain’t nothing wrong with the good ol’ paper stuff. *grateful* I am struggling with the completion of projects and OTHER businesses, brand and blog. I need help and I’m thinking it has arrived in the form of organizational tools I found on the web. I printed a bunch off and today, I plan on putting them to use, organizing my time, dedicating blocks and chunks to the passions I pursue while remaining as involved in family activities and functions as possible. *rubs like an evil genius*
