Why keep a Gratitude Journal at all? (This is the saaaaaame intro for every Gratitude Journal entry. It’s here for the newbies to the journey.)
I try to start everyday with a Grateful heart. *duck face* Potna, I ain’t lying. You can check my IG accounts Queen/King. I get a lil raunchy on the Multiple_Sclerosis_Outlaw but I’m calmer, gentle with allthingsonelove. On both, I start my day sharing Gratitudes, stories of Gratitude and anything related to being Grateful. I’m dead ass serious about my Gratitudes because it keeps me present and accountable for my own energy. I recognize and appreciate the actions, words and energy of others intending me good. By starting my day with Gratitude, I have less MS pain, MS symptoms and MS depression because I’m actively pushing my thoughts towards a positive direction of Gratitude. My relationships with others are stronger because my Grateful ass notices what others do for me, to me, WITH me. *bows* I could go on and on and on and on about the benefits of being purposefully grateful buuuuuut… *whispers* Pssst, you know I wrote about it…

Why I chose THIS to start my day…
Gratitude Journal and wellness got me over the hump. I no longer fear problems, success, hard work, teamwork, responsibility. Now, I dive into everything I can and DEEP as I want. The worst that can happen is I fail but I KNOW I’ll bounce back even BETTER than before. I’m in tune with small steps and aligned with the process of improving.
3.) He got HIS jacket! 🕶 HE is my son, 15-years old yesterday, but the birthday jacket he ordered was TOO small. It was funny at first but he wanted that jacket. We had already ordered a replacement but you KNOW that holiday shipping is a crapshoot. THEN, out of nowhere, my eldest comes downstairs and says, “Hey bro. I’m giving you this brand new jacket because I’ve had it over a year and NEVER worn it.” 😑 Guess what jacket it was? The one he ordered and it fit. #GratefulAF
2.) That Chance & Jeremih Christmas album!! 🎧🎛 It is JAMMING like a MUG too! 12 songs. Each has those artists. Hannibal Burress does a comedy skit. Songs are all kinds of subject material and straight made for the grown and sexy. On 1st review, it made me smile all the way through so I’m starting with a B+ rating. This album made time pass faster while I worked!
1.) S/O to the homie for Tuna Tartare 👑👸🏽🐟 She said it was her first time making it but it sho tastes like a professional dish. I sure enjoyed it, wife did too.
