Why keep a Gratitude Journal at all? (This is the saaaaaame intro for every Gratitude Journal entry. It’s here for the newbies to the journey.)
I try to start everyday with a Grateful heart. *duck face* Potna, I ain’t lying. You can check my IG accounts Queen/King. I get a lil raunchy on the Multiple_Sclerosis_Outlaw but I’m calmer, gentle with allthingsonelove. On both, I start my day sharing Gratitudes, stories of Gratitude and anything related to being Grateful. I’m dead ass serious about my Gratitudes because it keeps me present and accountable for my own energy. I recognize and appreciate the actions, words and energy of others intending me good. By starting my day with Gratitude, I have less MS pain, MS symptoms and MS depression because I’m actively pushing my thoughts towards a positive direction of Gratitude. My relationships with others are stronger because my Grateful ass notices what others do for me, to me, WITH me. *bows* I could go on and on and on and on about the benefits of being purposefully grateful buuuuuut… *whispers* Pssst, you know I wrote about it…

Why I chose THIS to start my day…
It’s 2021. This is MY adjustment to coronavirus. We’ll see. This is my acceptance of working looooong hours. We’ll see. I’m learning to be cool with “freestyling” my days and we’ll see about EVERYTHING. Things don’t have to locked, loaded and ready to go full speed so much. Be cool, we’ll see and enjoy the journey.
1.) Excitement of NEW goals comes with a new year. 🙌🏾 Last year, I knocked off SEVERAL goals, published my 1st ebooks, expanded my blog, employed, vitamins, supplements, WHEW! Now, I’ve GOT to build a routine or schedule that incorporates everything while allowing me to grow. Hell, THAT is a goal within a goal. Creating a schedule AND maintaining the “we’ll see” attitude on everything. 😉🤞🏾🤴🏾👏🏽
2.) Starting the non-profit/GoFundMe It has arrived, deadline is here. *rubs hands* Today, we drop the project in our daily activities. What is it? 🤔 We are pushing wellness by collecting the funds for an individual to receive training and expertise on using food as medicine AND a full year of the products to eliminate Candida Overgrowth from the body. 🖤🤚🏿🤗
3.) Opportunity to PROVE my grit. One day off and I’m back in for 50+ hours of OT. I’m happy AF to make this 💰and continue building a lifestyle that fits our family. 💪🏾💪🏾
4.) Saw some friends & family Everyone made it to us SAFE and back home SAFE. 🙏🏾🙏🏾
5.) Heard from an old student I’m ALWAYS grateful when people take time to holla at me, update me on their lives and genuinely check on me. ESPECIALLY when it’s a former student and they are doing well, feeling better and bringing #energy! 😜
