Gratitude Journal Day #95: Sunday, 1/3/2021

1st Sunday or 2021 and I'm busting out the VIDEO DIARY for y'all. I'm talking Gratitude, being sick and of course, how to recover.

Why keep a Gratitude Journal at all? (This is the saaaaaame intro for every Gratitude Journal entry. It’s here for the newbies to the journey.)

I try to start everyday with a Grateful heart. *duck face* Potna, I ain’t lying. You can check my IG accounts Queen/King. I get a lil raunchy on the Multiple_Sclerosis_Outlaw but I’m calmer, gentle with allthingsonelove. On both, I start my day sharing Gratitudes, stories of Gratitude and anything related to being Grateful. I’m dead ass serious about my Gratitudes because it keeps me present and accountable for my own energy. I recognize and appreciate the actions, words and energy of others intending me good. By starting my day with Gratitude, I have less MS pain, MS symptoms and MS depression because I’m actively pushing my thoughts towards a positive direction of Gratitude. My relationships with others are stronger because my Grateful ass notices what others do for me, to me, WITH me. *bows* I could go on and on and on and on about the benefits of being purposefully grateful buuuuuut… *whispers* Pssst, you know I wrote about it…

How to piss off your body. My first true video, DIARY entry. I’m discussing tremors, stress and how I recover without healthcare.

I pissed my body by going too hard with alcohol, sweets, gluten and seafood. Nope, I never got weak for land animals or anything crazy. (Sheeeesh, what kind of a lifestyle blogger do you take me for!) I just too relaxed and celebrated too long. The result was a full body tremor, while at WORK (I’m work-from-home but still…), the Queen got to me and immediately started routines and regimes that we have learned works for me. I don’t have healthcare so that meant lemon water, anti-inflammatories, vitamans/supplements, tinctures, tea and essential oils. She knows now, just like me, the most important thing to my recovery and treatment is a calm mind. “Mind. Body. Heart. Soul.” is my mantra for 2021. It’s what I repeated to myself through the tears. It’s my way of reminding, remembering that I am so much more than a body, a mere physical form. I have a Mind, Heart and Soul that are working me too. I can get through this.

On the road to recovery and going forward, I’m grateful for:

1.) Water

2.) Yoga

3.) Meditation

4.) Anti-inflammatories

5.) Sweet Potato Smoothies
