Gratitude Journal Day #99: Friday, 1/8/2021

A KING woke up SUPER grateful about 30 things BUT these are the ones I wrote about

Why keep a Gratitude Journal at all? (This is the saaaaaame intro for every Gratitude Journal entry. It’s here for the newbies to the journey.)

I try to start everyday with a Grateful heart. *duck face* Potna, I ain’t lying. You can check my IG accounts Queen/King. I get a lil raunchy on the Multiple_Sclerosis_Outlaw but I’m calmer, gentle with allthingsonelove. On both, I start my day sharing Gratitudes, stories of Gratitude and anything related to being Grateful. I’m dead ass serious about my Gratitudes because it keeps me present and accountable for my own energy. I recognize and appreciate the actions, words and energy of others intending me good. By starting my day with Gratitude, I have less MS pain, MS symptoms and MS depression because I’m actively pushing my thoughts towards a positive direction of Gratitude. My relationships with others are stronger because my Grateful ass notices what others do for me, to me, WITH me. *bows* I could go on and on and on and on about the benefits of being purposefully grateful buuuuuut… *whispers* Pssst, you know I wrote about it…

Why I chose THIS to start my day…

Can I put it any simpler than that? I’m throwing hints TO everyone and AT everyone. *wink* Start your Gratitude Journal. You don’t need a physical, writing notebook either. I started on FB and slowly moved to IG before going with my social apps for people with MS. Just start. Pay attention to the vibe and energy it gives you. Watch how people begin responding and reacting to you. Make adjustments to your circle and keep growing, focused on wellness and YOU.

3.) Wife found my black Nike socks! I thought I lost em! I DID lose them but she found them. Been looking for for 2 days and somehow, someway, SOME-who left my socks on the floor, under the sink counter, by the bathroom trash can. 🤦🏾‍♂️🤷🏾‍♂️🤣

2.) Help Thief! *beating chest like Donkey Kong* ME! I did that! Kendrick is a thief of help. I’ve been improving and getting BETTER at the J-O-B by jacking folks’ helpful advice and sharing it with my teammates. See, I can’t actually WORK work because my work computer is jacked up. So, me being the playa I am, I paid attention to others having problems and shared the fixes. When others struggled with WHAT to say, I copied the solutions and shared. I was super proud of myself because teammates were crazy grateful. *brushes shoulders off* 😉💪🏾

1.) Changes to That’s The Way I Feel podcast. I chopped it up with the other hosts and there are BIG changes coming in 2021. Much more direction, broader subjects and a general shift from the Family BBQ atmosphere to something more professional. *nodding head* Ok, let’s do it. I can be professional. I can build and grow stuff. Heck, I can adapt and adopt! The crew is sharing podcasts that we appreciate for tips and pointers, arranging more planned meetings, all the good, BUSINESS like protocols and models. I’m gonna learn everything I can and instead of blogging to promote, I can blog on this WELLNESS, the steps, ups, lessons, ♿… 🙌🏾
