Why keep a Gratitude Journal at all? (This is the saaaaaame intro for every Gratitude Journal entry. It’s here for the newbies to the journey.)
I try to start everyday with a Grateful heart. *duck face* Potna, I ain’t lying. You can check my IG accounts Queen/King. I get a lil raunchy on the Multiple_Sclerosis_Outlaw but I’m calmer, gentle with allthingsonelove. On both, I start my day sharing Gratitudes, stories of Gratitude and anything related to being Grateful. I’m dead ass serious about my Gratitudes because it keeps me present and accountable for my own energy. I recognize and appreciate the actions, words and energy of others intending me good. By starting my day with Gratitude, I have less MS pain, MS symptoms and MS depression because I’m actively pushing my thoughts towards a positive direction of Gratitude. My relationships with others are stronger because my Grateful ass notices what others do for me, to me, WITH me. *bows* I could go on and on and on and on about the benefits of being purposefully grateful buuuuuut… *whispers* Pssst, you know I wrote about it…

Why I chose THIS to start my day…
*BIG grinning* I wake up every morning motivated and inspired. I wake up knowing who I am, what MY purpose is (helping others) and obsessed with hunting my passion of storytelling. I manage my illnesses, symptoms and lifestyle because the OTHER stuff is no longer going to stress me out. Well, the GOAL is not let other stuff stress me out.
3.) 2 FULL days of yoga have feeling damn near high at home. It didn’t start like that but it ended that way and I am not about to complain the general soreness of today. I have that worked-out-real-good kind of feeling. Woke up with it. Got more done early, water, WALL WALKING like a mug the whole morning. This reason this so big today, is because I’d gone about 3 weeks with serious pain, consistent shaking and a struggle to wall walk. I declare myself healing now and that is a heck of a Gratitude to kick off Sunday.
2.) How this copper canteen doing me and I hope this is a THING. The theory is that allowing your water to sit in a copper canteen for a few hours removes bacteria and “infuses the liquid” with copper. Copper is a necessity and we get it through foods and lifestyle. A few glasses per day is supposed to be healthy, produce energy, help with repairing connective tissues and even the brain’s chemical messaging system. Of course, that interested me but what really got me was a particular blog post. The writer felt his bowel movements increased and were substantially effective. I jumped on it. Day 3 and I think it helps with bowel movements too. *fist bump*
1.) All black, fitted, PJ set You can’t tell me JACK rocking this PJ set, socks, houseshoes, earrings, Scorpio tongue ring. I FEEL sexy and slim. I get energy just putting the pajamas on. *makes muscle*
