It is about GAH DAMN ME TIME! We got TWO teams writing their own updates, taking pictures and dropping stories. Daaaaaawg. *sniff* See, stuff like this is why I started a Gorilla Daddy League in the first place. I wanted to find dudes like me, cool with losing, playing their games and push their own pieces about the teams they’re building. Throughout season one, we had several users complete the coaching interview and I use that to create what y’all reading. Season two, I got SOME-body ready to keep his own shit going. *standing ovation*
☆Coach Brazao of the Vikings writes his own stories and columns!!☆ #SaluteMyAssOff and he is forever welcome in the Gorilla Daddy League. 🤜🏾🤛🏾🤴🏾
Coach Brazao and the MN Vikings (written BY Brazao himself)
Reflecting on our season thus far we are off to a rocky start leaving games that we know we should of won. Suffering crucial loses to division rivals the Parkers and the Bears, Vikings looks like a regressed for a season ago where they were 3-1 when coach Brazao took them over they was 1-1 and he led them to a 3 games win streak. This year they are 1-3 going into week 5 facing “Them Boys” (Cowboys) who has 2 the second best defense in the league but before we get to that lets take a look at the Vikings team.
Did they stick with Easton Stick?
Short answer no. Let me elaborate a little, even though Stick got us to the super bowl he prove we could not hang against a loaded team as his offense was picked apart and he crumble under pressure. With that said with the 31st overall pick the vikings went with Zack Willson out of BYU. The coach thought on this pick it’s unbelievable we was able to get him this late I was certain he was a top 10 pick we are elated to have him and we are 100% sure we have our QB of the future.

Zack Willson coming off his worst game where threw 5 picks looking to bounce back.
Now that the team has there QB the offense is no longer as reliant on Delvin Cook the speaks on that stating that “We have depth now we can switch it up anytime now teams will have to plan for bout aspects of the game offense like that is really hard to stop. We will still try to get Delvin 20 touches a game and we will see game who has the hotter hand and give the ball to him

The coach was excited to have this rookie saying. “This kid is special, it’s like he open all the time he wants the ball and he proves time and time he deserves it. He is a gem and every team in the league was foolish to over look his for the first 3 rounds include us picking him in the fourth but we are glad to have with Justin and Brown with Zack throwing the ball to them I believe we have our team all I want for them to do now is keep developing and we get there.”
Defensively “things have been unacceptable being 13th in the league is a big step back our line isn’t creating enough pressure and we will look to fix that. Our players needs to step and do what they have to do I believe in them and I trust them.

Coach Beast and the AZ Cardinals

Meanwhile, in the dry heat of Arizona, D’Boiya Beast has the Cardinals adapting and learning to win again. With Kyle Murray and D. Hopkins both traded, Trey Lance takes a backseat to a potent running game. The dynamic, rookie duo of Tutu Atwell (5th in rushing) and Trey Ragas (1st in rushing) combine to give Arizona the league’s #1 rushing attack.

When passing is necessary, Lance has been effective but lacks efficiency. Throughout this season, he has been one of the NFL’s most sacked QBs but coaches love he is willing to take the BIG shot behind the league’s worst O-line. Lance and Isabella have developed a strong connection and Christian Kirk is slowly working himself into the offense’s new W (Weapon) position. From there, OC Maurice Clarett is able to deploy Kirk all over the field and cause mismatches that promote Isabella’s ability to get deep. Through 6 weeks, it is working. Gon are the ridiculously, well schemed SHOT plays that made Murray a household name. In it’s place, a ground & pound, zone attack with direct opportunities for playmakers and anybody with the ability to make someone miss.
On the defensive side, Coach Beast, GM Lewis Sanders and new DC Jonathan Vilma were crushed on social media for doubling the size of the scouting staff and bringing in new trainers. The result has been mixed. On field, the rebuilt secondary of veterans Charvarius Ward, Anthony Brown and Eli Apple has solidified a unit that struggled in pass coverage. Coaches around the league questioned Budda Baker’s move to MLB for fear of his injury. That has come to fruition but three LBs have been hurt and RDE Hassan Reddick just returned from a 5 week knee injury. LDE Uchenna Nwosu was traded for, signed to a lucrative deal but failed to deliver so far. (His run defense has improved since his SD days.) A unit that finished 5th last year is now 8th.
