What I’m GRATEFUL for today…
5.) Knocked off my new gig training – Got THAT shhiii out the way.I didn’t want the training for the new gig to be “hanging over my head” all weekend so I took care of it early on Saturday. Yes, training is paid so let me throw in that Gratitude as well. 😉
4.) Enjoyed my new PS4 games – I grabbed Anthem and Dishonored for a combined $20 when both were going for $120. 🤜🏾🤛🏾 It was a limited time offer and the scoop came from people at my J-O-B.
3.) NEW medicine – Everytime I restock my medication, I am grateful AF. This time, I got the professional packaging of a high quality establishment so I’m EXTRA grateful. 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾
2.) My squad talked about yoga and working out – Yo. I’m talking, writing and blogging about growth. My squad has grown. We used to get together and joke all night, drink all night, smoke all night and usually… get into arguments with each other. 🤫😉 NOW, old as we have gotten *BIG grin* our conversations are changing, the direction we move and all the good stuff. Getting together and having spirited talks about how much BETTER we feel with workouts, yoga, water, diet, Gratitude Journals, raising kids in pandemic, *out of breathe* I’m grateful because the topics are stress relievers, not stressors. I enjoy chopping it up and learning from each other sooo much more than the OTHER stuff.
1.) Everybody made it home – *bows* You know what’s up with this.

Why keep a Gratitude Journal at all? (This is the saaaaaame intro for every Gratitude Journal entry. It’s here for the newbies to the journey.)
I try to start everyday with a Grateful heart. *duck face* Potna, I ain’t lying. You can check my IG accounts Queen/King. I get a lil raunchy on the Multiple_Sclerosis_Outlaw but I’m calmer, gentle with allthingsonelove. On both, I start my day sharing Gratitudes, stories of Gratitude and anything related to being Grateful. I’m dead ass serious about my Gratitudes because it keeps me present and accountable for my own energy. I recognize and appreciate the actions, words and energy of others intending me good. By starting my day with Gratitude, I have less MS pain, MS symptoms and MS depression because I’m actively pushing my thoughts towards a positive direction of Gratitude. My relationships with others are stronger because my Grateful ass notices what others do for me, to me, WITH me. *bows* I could go on and on and on and on about the benefits of being purposefully grateful buuuuuut… *whispers* Pssst, you know I wrote about it…
