Gratitude Journal Day #128: Monday, 2/8/21

Aight. It is a slow boogie kind of morning but I got my Gratitudes in, yoga in and finna get into this meditation like a BOSS.

What I’m GRATEFUL for today…

3.) 1st Adult made her Hot Cheetos Pickles Those mugs were POPPING too! I can’t share her process or anything like that other than she drapes Del Dixie pickles in crushed Hot Cheetos and fried them. A lil Ranch and BOOM, I had the perfect Super Bowl snack!

2.) Remembered to hide MY socks I do NOT apologize either. I am a grown Daddy and my daughters will jack some freshly washed, matching socks. Especially if the socks have any type of color or design. *looks at nobody in particular* I understand that this is the life a Daddy. I ain’t even tripping BUT I am gonna learn. Hide my matching socks so days like today, I look good head to toe. *fist bump*

1.) Gorilla Daddy League is going LEGIT My Madden is cutting the cheese to make CPU games more interesting and liven up the regular season. Right now, it’s kinda slow boogie and there is little to blog about. Soooo, I’m thinking, spice it up with some rule changes. *shrugs* We’ll see if it work.

Why keep a Gratitude Journal at all? (This is the saaaaaame intro for every Gratitude Journal entry. It’s here for the newbies to the journey.)

I try to start everyday with a Grateful heart. *duck face* Potna, I ain’t lying. You can check my IG accounts Queen/King. I get a lil raunchy on the Multiple_Sclerosis_Outlaw but I’m calmer, gentle with allthingsonelove. On both, I start my day sharing Gratitudes, stories of Gratitude and anything related to being Grateful. I’m dead ass serious about my Gratitudes because it keeps me present and accountable for my own energy. I recognize and appreciate the actions, words and energy of others intending me good. By starting my day with Gratitude, I have less MS pain, MS symptoms and MS depression because I’m actively pushing my thoughts towards a positive direction of Gratitude. My relationships with others are stronger because my Grateful ass notices what others do for me, to me, WITH me. *bows* I could go on and on and on and on about the benefits of being purposefully grateful buuuuuut… *whispers* Pssst, you know I wrote about it…
