Gratitude Journal Day #140: Saturday, 2/20/21

*pulls up chair* Its a good a time as any to remind y'all why you rocking THIS blog. I'm teaching Perspective through Gratitude, Attitude and Passion. I want others to OVER-stand that I didn't start this grateful or crunk. I taught myself new habits to prevent depression and heal from stress. ANYBODY can do what I've done and that's why I blog about it. πŸ€œπŸΎπŸ€›πŸΎπŸ–€πŸ€΄πŸΎ

SNAP! Its SUPPOSED to be the LAST day of the winter but I’m grateful for…

3.) I see ice thawing and melting! πŸ‘πŸΎ I want to stand on mountaintop and scream, “IT’S MELTING Y’ALL LOOK!!” πŸ˜‘ I’m not because its still too cold. 6 full days of freezing and cold AF have me on edge, in pain and emotional. The juggle of MS symptoms and weather complications blessed me what MS USED to feel like, long periods of neuropathy, MS hugs, lots of shaking, trembling, numbness. The last step was consecutive days of tremors (full body MS seizures). It’ll take some hard work but I’m damn sho READY to start.

2.) WiFi bill was $20 less than usual πŸ€‘πŸ’΅  I needed this hot $20 too! RIGHT on time.

1.) Dem kids got their chores done and did them GOOD. πŸ€œπŸΎπŸ€›πŸΎπŸ‘€  Yoo. I gotta give them love for doing the right thing. They finished at 4am and I was there playing video games pretending like I didn’t see anything because they’ll start arguing and fighting if I say anything.

Why keep a Gratitude Journal at all? (This is the saaaaaame intro for every Gratitude Journal entry. It’s here for the newbies to the journey.)

I try to start everyday with a Grateful heart. *duck face* Potna, I ain’t lying. You can check my IG accounts Queen/King. I get a lil raunchy on the Multiple_Sclerosis_Outlaw but I’m calmer, gentle with allthingsonelove. On both, I start my day sharing Gratitudes, stories of Gratitude and anything related to being Grateful. I’m dead ass serious about my Gratitudes because it keeps me present and accountable for my own energy. I recognize and appreciate the actions, words and energy of others intending me good. By starting my day with Gratitude, I have less MS pain, MS symptoms and MS depression because I’m actively pushing my thoughts towards a positive direction of Gratitude. My relationships with others are stronger because my Grateful ass notices what others do for me, to me, WITH me. *bows* I could go on and on and on and on about the benefits of being purposefully grateful buuuuuut… *whispers* Pssst, you know I wrote about it…
