HUUUUUMP DAY! I’m grateful for more than 2 days left in the week.
3.) Think I had my best day of work EVER *fist bump* – Yea Baby! I didn’t solve EVERY member’s issue but I got them answers or directly to someone else higher up the chain than me. I felt like I was really helping people all day. It was busy AF and I was able to handle everything without getting overloaded and stuff. Yoo. ONE Queen actually added ya boi as her AUTHORIZED 3rd party rep to ensure stuff got done properly. She was crying because I rocked with her for about 2hours on the phone and since OTHER reps either hung up on her, transferred her to WRONG places or demanded info, I was there so she never lost my voice. That’s the kind of shit that I’m trying give to everybody in my life. One of the “higher ups” that I’ve struggled with and caused me tremendous stress told me how good I was doing and how proud of he was. I made the “Good Rep. List” because some members did surveys and mentioned my name. My check was missing 8hr for last week and it got corrected. It was a good day and I’m thankful.
2.) Got my Kalawalla and Sea Element back. *shaking shoulders* – Dude, I gotta write this post about the differences and deficits when I’m NOT popping these vitamins and supplements like a… *nevermind* Well, MY Queen said she noticed I was out and ordered me up without saying a word. (I was tripping on bills so I was gonna “sacrifice” again.) I can’t lie. *takes off glasses* I feel waaaay better when I have these vitamins and supplements. Number one, my energy is much higher. Number two, when I have a BM, more comes out. I’m still spasm’ing my ass off and those MS tremors are UNGAWDLY painful, scary but the first day felt BETTER.
1.) Diffuser makes a BIIIIIG difference in my day – Sis. Queen. Homie. You DO know what a diffuser is huh? Diffusers are those little, bulb-like things that people put water, drop essential oils and stuff/smoke/clouds lazily roll out. I’ve always thought that they smelled good but I never believed in their healing potential until maybe 2019. As I grow my OVER-standing of wellness, mindset, and the effects on life, these oils puffing impact my day in a few ways. I’m less stressed by member’s attitudes and energies. My work-from-home gig can be like Office Space (Remember that 1999 film? I LOVE that shit bro!). By that I mean, the 100 supervisors harp on the saaaame crap, repetitively like a TPS report! That buuuugs TF out of me because when you need help, those 100 supervisors can’t help or don’t know or ignore your question. *rolls eyes* All that stress is the HARD part of the J-O-B. Members are calling in stressed. Supervisors are stressing you. Their supervisors drop critical info, don’t call any attention to it and hold YOU, “the lowest one on the totem pole” responsible for it. Whatever when those oils are *imitates blowing smoke* huffing and puffing to lay the bullshit aside. #GratefulAF

Why keep a Gratitude Journal at all? (This is the saaaaaame intro for every Gratitude Journal entry. It’s here for the newbies to the journey.)
I try to start everyday with a Grateful heart. *duck face* Potna, I ain’t lying. You can check my IG accounts Queen/King. I get a lil raunchy on the Multiple_Sclerosis_Outlaw but I’m calmer, gentle with allthingsonelove. On both, I start my day sharing Gratitudes, stories of Gratitude and anything related to being Grateful. I’m dead ass serious about my Gratitudes because it keeps me present and accountable for my own energy. I recognize and appreciate the actions, words and energy of others intending me good. By starting my day with Gratitude, I have less MS pain, MS symptoms and MS depression because I’m actively pushing my thoughts towards a positive direction of Gratitude. My relationships with others are stronger because my Grateful ass notices what others do for me, to me, WITH me. *bows* I could go on and on and on and on about the benefits of being purposefully grateful buuuuuut… *whispers* Pssst, you know I wrote about it…
