Gratitude Journal Day #147: Saturday, 2/27/21

I'm on some real, POSITIVE juice this Saturday.

*dancing* I sleep in. #Boss Where my Gratitudes at?

3.) Got a little OT this week – It was necessary after the weather shenanigans of last week. *shakes head* I can’t, won’t let myself see it any other way than that. Aaaand, I get to help people; really, REALLY help people that need direction, assurance, information and compassion. Friday, a member heard MY special, personalized introduction and got excited than a mug because she remembered me from a month ago and how much I did. She had some issues, BEEN calling in for help but it wasn’t until my ass went slow, researched some stuff & made a couple of calls that she got it. I better NOT have an attitude about my OT when I’m making people feel better and getting my bucket filled! 🖤

2.) Enjoying the REGULAR weather – 70s. 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾 We were in the SINGLE digits last week. Reunited with regular weather and it feels soooo good.

1.) Personal Pizza Friday – Everybody had 2 or 3 “blank” pizza slates to start. The Queen arranged 2 sauces, 3 cheeses and maybe 7 or 8 toppings. Y’all KNOW I came with the veggies and my stuff was AWESOME.

Why keep a Gratitude Journal at all? (This is the saaaaaame intro for every Gratitude Journal entry. It’s here for the newbies to the journey.)

I try to start everyday with a Grateful heart. *duck face* Potna, I ain’t lying. You can check my IG accounts Queen/King. I get a lil raunchy on the Multiple_Sclerosis_Outlaw but I’m calmer, gentle with allthingsonelove. On both, I start my day sharing Gratitudes, stories of Gratitude and anything related to being Grateful. I’m dead ass serious about my Gratitudes because it keeps me present and accountable for my own energy. I recognize and appreciate the actions, words and energy of others intending me good. By starting my day with Gratitude, I have less MS pain, MS symptoms and MS depression because I’m actively pushing my thoughts towards a positive direction of Gratitude. My relationships with others are stronger because my Grateful ass notices what others do for me, to me, WITH me. *bows* I could go on and on and on and on about the benefits of being purposefully grateful buuuuuut… *whispers* Pssst, you know I wrote about it…
