Friday needs no introduction! πŸ€œπŸΎπŸ€›πŸΎπŸ–€πŸ–€πŸ–€

3.) Daughters called me out for giving WACK hugs! – πŸ‘€πŸ€·πŸΎβ€β™‚οΈπŸ‘πŸΎ OK. They were right. My girls said, “Daddy, you NEVER hug us back. You just kinda lean in but don’t raise your arms or anything.” I didn’t even know I did that. Weeeeell, scratch that. I knew, I just didn’t think it mattered. πŸ€” If THAT is what my girls want, an “active” hug, cool beans. I’m grateful it costs nothing and more grateful that they talked about Daddy’s First 2-Armed hug like it was a wack ride at the parking lot carnival.

2.) A BEAUTIFUL Thursday – It was so pretty, THEY went walking. Me? #WorkFromHome but I’m HELPING people so I’m good. I woke up early, got all my water in, no angry callers hit me, kids were quiet all day, it was a beautiful, good day. You gotta be grateful for the regular, mundane stuff. Pay attention, be present despite your limitations and responsibilities because everybody know know things could go downhill quick.

1.) The Queen’s activity! – Have y’all been paying attention to the explosion of food videos on the allthingsonelove IG account? Yoo! My Queen is KILLING it and her research is shining like a MUG. πŸ‘ΈπŸΎ Juices, smoothies, salad, cod, salmon, vegetables, she is getting INTO this lifestyle we are building. Dem kids USED to argue and squab over chips, snacks, goodies, ice cream. (They still will but it’s waaaay less.) That stuff is here now when we’ve had company, kids are visiting or we’ve returned from a road trip. In 2021, the food game and meal prep are growing on the entire team resulting in raw fruits and veggies for snacks, gotta drink water before any juice, milk alternatives and more. Wellness is for EVERYBODY, not just the handicapped, disabled, #sickAF or those sporting an invisible illness. πŸ˜‡πŸ’ͺ🏾
