Let me start this with a confession. I’m NOT doing well with accepting a Candida-free Lifestyle. Time for a REMIX.

Aight. deep breathe It is time to step back from the edge of “square-dom”. I am hunting a better life, less symptoms, and to do so, I pursue a life devoid of inflammatory food, inflammatory liquids, and as close to stress-free as freaking possible. Yes, I have Primary Progressive Multiple Sclerosis. Yup, I got Ulcerative Colitis too, Spondylosis, few bulging discs, few more herniated discs, I have issues. It’s why I am aiming for NO gluten, NO sugar, NO alcohol. The benefits are staggeringly positive but I gotta figure out how to balance my goals. I’ve attempted to go cold turkey without my vices. I’ve tried to put steps in place that lead to eliminating the trio but none FEEL successful or even worth the benefits. sigh I gotta plan. (I KEEP a plan as improve my wellness. πŸ’ͺπŸΎπŸ‘πŸΎ) Wanna jam it? fist bump Cool beans, here it is:
