Gratitude Journal Day #198: Monday, 4/19/21

I ain't gonna be a weak link on Monday (technically, ANY day πŸ˜‘). I got Wellness Goals, content goals, a J-O-B, I have a whole plan to keep growing & going. #wellness #Gratitude #Attitude #energy #vitamins

Monday? *rubs hands* Let’s do this. 🀴🏾πŸ’ͺπŸΎβ™Ώ

3.) Going back to lion’s mane mushrooms and niacin – YAAAAAAAS! *snaps fingers* Grateful for this because the mushrooms and niacin give a real “flushing” effect that signal something works. Before the combination of Sea Elements and Kalawalla, THESE were my favorite vitamins because I feel super focused when I take them. Yoga gets done earlier in my day and I don’t rush through the meditation routines. I’m grateful I have somebody else managing my vitamins so all I do is take them and pay attention to how I feel. No way I’d remember to have stuff ready & ordered on a consistent basis. πŸ‘ΈπŸΎπŸ™πŸΎ

2.) Advantages of a CLEAN closet – I’m doing YOGA in my clean closet, working out with the resistance bands, staying quiet so I don’t wake up folks, jamming music and everything. The closet is becoming my little, ol’ ME-space. Spasms & neurosis kicking my butt at night? Closet. Can’t sleep? Closet. Need a place to HEAR the phone conversation? Closet.

1.) Got the pop filters – Pop filters are the protective, styrofoam, coverings for your microphone. It slows the wear & tear on your equipment by preventing dust, foreign objects (like YOUR spit, eeeeewwwww!) and “wetness” from corruption. I got one for each member of the podcast (3 total), sent them to their homes (Saturday is the next recording.) and then RESTED. πŸ€·πŸΎβ€β™‚οΈπŸ€£πŸ€£πŸ€£
