3.) Mouth feels better – I’ve had sensitive teeth for about a month. I don’t know why, how, when, anything either. Saturday and Sunday, the pain was definitely less so I’m grateful and hoping it gets even better.

2.) High on the Hog – πŸ‘πŸΎπŸ‘πŸΎπŸ‘πŸΎπŸ‘πŸΎπŸ‘πŸΎπŸ‘πŸΎ This is a Netflix, 4-episode documentary that examines the history and impact of African Americans on US foods. I almost cried, eyes got all wet, voice cracking… That was episode ONE. Maaaaaaan, I learned so much, got real PRIDE from watching it and immediately had conversations with homies about whatever elements they liked too.

1.) Double yoga sessions – Body been slow boogie for awhile now. I’m having BMs but moving, standing, sitting are issues. Everything I attempt, is slow AF, spasm-y, and hurts. To manage, I do double yoga sessions, one first, one last, which absolutely helps. I move a LITTLE bit better but the spasms are independent. Today, I’m going for three. πŸ€œπŸΎπŸ€›πŸΎπŸ€žπŸΎ
