No calls BUT I’m on the clock! Getting paid to build MY business today.
3.) Her eyes are better – *DEEP WOOOOSAH* The Queen took the kids to the pool and something ALLERGIZED (It ain’t a word so I made it up. 😑) mt youngest’s eyes! Swoll them to the point it affected her vision! I was shook, scared but took it like a G when they arrived and told me everything. I’m grateful she was strong about it because I can’t take seeing my youngest crestfallen or worried. SHE always ALWAYS checks on my disabled ass, doses me with tinctures if having a seizure and actually keeps up with my work schedule. On the morning AFTER the incident, her eyes look waaaay better. Grateful for that because I don’t want her self-conscious about shit. Grateful she didn’t have pain because when YOUR kids are hurting, you hurting. Grateful the squad my Queen rolls with is versed and calm under pressure so she got Benadryl and everyone is a little better. 🤜🏾🤛🏾👑👸🏾
2.) Strangers believing in you – I spoke to a group of ‘Imperfect Parents’ with children having special needs. My message was that by focusing on YOUR Gratitudes, you have more patience with your children, notice things more, build them up because you’re speaking Gratitudes, don’t fuss as much and more. The room exploded with agreement and one person offered to help me craft my message and direction for NO CHARGE. 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾 What a freaking affirmation that was! I can help MORE people if this goes right.
1.) *sweating bullets* Police didn’t stop them – Tuesday night, lightning struck the ground, front yard, SOME-thing close AF. Among losing my work computer, monitors and a Roku streaming device, the Tahoe got JACKED up, trunk won’t open, no signal lights, no brights, 🙄. My Queen was sooooo frustrated and I’m like, “GURL! The PO-PO didn’t stop you and you ATTRACT laws! Be damn GRATEFUL. You HOME.” I realize what a tragedy we avoided. It could’ve been injuries, fires, glass breaking, vehicles damaged AND laws stopping them is scary AF. Thank YOU for their safety so I can enjoy MY damn life and week.
