Slow Down Sundays are about getting yourself together, prepping for another week, Wellness Goals. You are literally slowing down and just getting ready.

3.) My Aunt sent me a medal! – She LOVES to run, does marathons on the regular. She got this for participating in a MS Awareness run and sent me the medal. That’s that GOOD energy I brag about. Knowing somebody out there, pushing on YOUR behalf, doing it for YOU…. That kind of energy makes the symptoms feel worthwhile.
2.) LAST cinnamon roll – It was one left. They were homemade and dotted with cinnamon apples bites. The LAST one lay smothered in those cinnamon apples bites. I ate that mug and scraped the whole cooking dish for bits, pieces and flakes of icing. My breakfast was POPPING homie. *licks lips*
1.) Last GOOD toilet paper – 🤷🏾♂️🥂 What? Am I wrong for celebrating such a win? Whatever Playa, I needed that. The other toilet paper isn’t bad; it just isn’t Quilted Northern. It isn’t as thick and solid. It isn’t as soft. Yuuup, I’m not only grateful I got the last; I’m PROUD of myself. My stomach been off since before we got home so the fact it’s working and I got the GOOD stuff is perfect timing. 🤜🏾🤛🏾👸🏾
