3.) Whole weekend, NO alcohol/sugar/gluten – I’m feeling better. My stomach and plumbing are still off BUT that exhaustion is definitely better. The crunk part about that is I survived the weekend without it. That’s usually where I crack but nope, naw, and didn’t fold. This week, it will get even better because I’ll go longer. #Boss 🤜🏾🤛🏾💪🏾
2.) The OTHER person getting a drug screen – Dude. ✋🏾 The employees did very little to help a disabled King. One patron, she had an infant with her, helped me get signed in and stuff. The employee stayed “busy”. 🤷🏾♂️ I needed help REACHING paperwork, she bounced up, walked over and fixed me up. The infant was chill than a mug. Wi-Fi? Yup, the OTHER patron. The place started filling up, she stayed helping me out! 🤜🏾🤛🏾🖤 I made SURE to tell her thank you. Look, final thoughts…

1.) Interviewed Ricko & Connie (Break Out The Popcorn podcast) – Wow. That interview is a FAVORITE in my book. Ricko was in my History class for his 7th and 8th grade years. Waaaaay before Multiple Sclerosis, I was a GREAT teacher. Ricko and I connected when I told him, “Bro. My Momma calls Ricko!” Nowadays, their podcast is awesome and made my Gratitudes more than once. We chopped on podcasting, marriage, dealing with anxiety, managing depression as a UNIT, Marvel vs. DC, guilty pleasures, ohhhhh people, wait until I get it published!
