3.) Cannabar – I’m grateful for the Certified Hemp Hut. This cannabar has a MUCH better taste than I anticipated. The CBD effect? I missed that. I know somebodIES 🤫 that could use it so I’m gifting the rest away. THAT gives me a perfect excuse to go over THERE and visit. 🤣🤣
2.) Finna try my own chia seed pudding – *claps hands* WELP. It starts. I’m taking another step in my maturation of wellness. (Remember, WELLNESS is everything, mind, body, soul and heart.) In the past, I’ve depended waaaaaay too much on my wife making something for me to eat. She had to know when I was giving up, serious, cheating, trying NOT to tease me while feeding dem kids. 🤯 I didn’t OVER-stand that pressure & confusion before. NOW, I do. I’m learning chia seed pudding today. It’ll help with my sugar cravings and give me a snack for training to keep a playa awake. S/O to her for agreeing to do it. 👸🏾
1.) What a Job – Yoo!! This song hit and hyped my mood like always but now I know how to share it, where to share it. 🤜🏾🤛🏾😉 Devin the Dude is one of my FAVORITE rappers. This is one of FAVORITE songs. Snoop drops a verse. Andre 3000 blesses the track. I’m grateful on a WHOLE notha level because the song seemed to flow along and describe my efforts with this blog. I LOVE my blog to the point of tears. It is therapeutic. It gives me a voice. I’m getting better with building it. What a BLOG this is, late nights, authentic, mindset over bullshit. 🤜🏾🤛🏾🖤

Why keep a Gratitude Journal at all? (This is the saaaaaame intro for every Gratitude Journal entry. It’s here for the newbies to the journey.)
I try to start everyday with a Grateful heart. *duck face* Potna, I ain’t lying. You can check my IG accounts (@agentofgratitude) 👑. I get a lil raunchy but I’m calmer, gentle with allthingsonelove. On both, I start my day sharing Gratitudes, stories of Gratitude and anything related to being Grateful. I’m dead ass serious about my Gratitudes because it keeps me present and accountable for my own energy. I recognize and appreciate the actions, words and energy of others intending me good. By starting my day with Gratitude, I have less MS pain, MS symptoms and MS depression because I’m actively pushing my thoughts towards a positive direction of Gratitude. My relationships with others are stronger because my Grateful ass notices what others do for me, to me, WITH me. *bows* I could go on and on and on and on about the benefits of being purposefully grateful buuuuuut… *whispers* Pssst, you know I wrote about it…
