Gratitude Journal Day #437: Thursday, 12/16/21

OMG!!!!! What a damn day and it's only LUNCH! 🖤🖤🖤 #kendrickavant #agentofgratitude #mobuniversity #agencyofgratitude #teachers

5.) Dropped that Isaias interview finale – BOOM! Like a BOSS. Grateful because the podcast is gaining momentum, picking up steam. The NEW plan is daily audio releases of my FB Group Gratitude Sessions. Wednesdays, I drop interviews. Once a month, I sneak in a solo dolo thing thang. *bows* Whenever Ceci is, all the love!

4.) Heaven or Hell (Meek Mill) – I needed something to get me going, hype the spot. (Yes, I’m talking about the crib. ♿) It took me a few minutes, several songs but finally, I got crunk with this one. You can sing songs out loud but that doesn’t mean it is hype. This joint? Always has my head bouncing and face mean mugging in self-defense of negative thoughts. Did you catch the beginning? On my WORST day, I live like somebody at their greatest. So do you. 🤜🏾🤛🏾

3.) NEW way to put on SOCKS in this mickeyslick – GURL. Socks are my greatest enemy but still one of my most effective tools vs. MS symptoms. Since I’m disabled, walking and moving is a CHORE. Painful chore at that. Very painful, even more frustrating because my spasms are consistent AF. Then comes the new way to put them on. I sit in yoga 🧘🏾‍♂️, cross-legged position. 👏🏾🖤 Oh these last days have been freaking AMAZING when getting dressed, not outta breathe, legs haven’t knocked shit over, saved at LEAST 5 minutes.

2.) Visitor coming EARLY – I’ll tell y’all more tomorrow but I’ll share this. Another former student. Entrepreneur. Podcast interview coming. #bet. A FOUR conversation over: 4 Agreements, Napoleon Hill, mindset, meditation, mushrooms & ayahuasca, HER class, parenting, Red Bull, diet, Western Medicines, tea, tinctures, family, dealing with stress… She even made plans for ANOTHER visit. *sniff* Fuck MS Dawg. My life is full AF. 🤜🏾🤛🏾🖤👸🏼

1.) Truth is 16 – S/O to my DUDE! 🖤🖤🖤👑 Why am I crunk? Easy, cheesy? I am raising a man capable and present of his ability. My son accepts my illness and doesn’t lower his impression because I’m disabled. I’m proud of him for hunting a construction career, thinking like an entrepreneur! #likehisDADDY 🤣🤣🤣
