3.) Wisdom Talk – Ya BOI put in an hour yesterday. HOUR. Me. 30 people popped in. I’m so crunk off that. A full hour of Gratitude, perspective, practice, public. I’m editing it for the podcast so it can be repurposed as motivational content! 🤜🏽🤛🏽🤎🤎👑
2.) Red Bulls!! – I’m starting my day with THREE on deck, ice cold, ready to keep my ass at full attention in training. (Well, full attention at building allthingsonelove while learning a gig that I have NO interest in keeping.) #stayawake because TWO full-times are triiiiiiifling and painful AF.
1.) The blinds are open – Guuuuuuuuurl. 👏🏽👏🏽. When I open the blinds, I’m late for work. That whole process is lengthy and risky. I’m grateful as HELL somebody thought to shine sunlight my way as I battle the bullshit of working & grinding while managing Primary Progressive Multiple Sclerosis. The sun, birds, lizards, spiders all help distract my negative thoughts. The blue of the sky damn near brings tears with memories of Ecuador, Belize, Costa Rica and Jamaica. 💪🏽💪🏽. *rolls neck* 🥺. Let’s GO get that lifestyle abroad!
