3.) Set up content for 2-weeks – I’ve been at this social media thing since 2016. I’ve been at THIS lifestyle blog, juggling MS, kids, depression since 2018. I take e-classes, sit in Clubhouse rooms, note like crazy and everything else EXCEPT doing a social media calendar.

Until NOW!! 🙏🏽✍🏾. It’s actually SLOWING me down because I keep wanting to deviate and follow my usual last-minute or random stuff. I won’t quit tho. This improvement is meant to STAY.

1.) Messaging an old student – Daaaaaaaaaawg. SHE was a member of my last class. Her words came after my breakdown and helped me stop crying so I could respond.
