Self-care Saturday so I’m back in bed. 👑♿️
3.) I did FOUR rounds of self-care!! – This was my goal for today so I’m pumped about completing it. (Nope on TWO consecutive days of FOUR rounds.)
2.) Took a nap but stayed IN bed – Another goal accomplished. 🤜🏽🤛🏽👑. I’m maxing out on self care to manage my thought.
1.) Made a transition – This video, THIS one was selected by a DJ for his FB reel!! What an affirmation because I’m trying for that audience to stay with me. 😉👑
