3.) Self-talk works – I spoke about this at my career. (Yup, gotta write it like that so my heart and mind keep seeing that way. 😉) I’ve been hurting. My soul and heart are soaring. My mind knows “this pain will not make me suffer” but it has been rough. Talking out loud, even on camera, helps. It keeps me from focusing on the pain and making it worse as I imagine worse case scenarios. The talking out helps. Hell, I’m doing it as I type this blog piece. The folks at my career HQ were impressed and that gave me relief as I spoke. 🙏🏽.

2.) Nap helped so much – I got on a quick 30-45min. When I woke for the RR incontinence, urgency, retention, etc., I could actually arm crawl again! 👏🏽👏🏽. I’m doing it still as of now. Doing it LESS so I know I’ll need another. 👀

1.) Learned exhaustion & spasticity are two DIFFERENT symptoms – 💥💥. That means means less yoga, stretching, grinding myself on tough days. Instead, I’ll take it easy and treat myself as such. I started thinking this yesterday and the nap helped so I might be on to something!
