Standing yoga poses – 0

Sleep – 5/4 (hours vs getting out of bed)

3.) No Red Bulls! – For this entire initial month of outbound employment, I’ve built shit habits. I eat too much candy in the name of staying awake. I drink too much Red Bull for the same reason. Monday was my first in weeks without either. 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽. I must get back to wellness routines so I improve my comfortability. I know these dukie habits are impacting my health negatively.

2.) National Boyfriend video did well – It shattered my usual numbers! WTH? I’m celebrating because my viewership increased too.

1.) Ms. Pat Show – I’ve been waiting on this. Season two, episode one did not disappoint. I refuse to stay down when I’m rolling at this stuff. Her motto? Take comedy from tragedy.
