National Homemaker & Housewife Day!
Once upon a time, I prided myself on being a househusband. I organized the kids’ schoolwork, returned emails, did yoga with them and blasted Chillhop music.
The kids were taught basic cooking lessons and we rotated who made dinner. Weekly library visits were special because we got out house.
Now, I’m back to a working parent and I can’t lie, having my money ain’t the reward it was. I MISS being a stay-at-home Daddy. I miss Daddy’s Academy of Gratitude.
