Gratitude Journal Day #826: Thursday, 12/8/22

What and why I'm grateful plus explanation of why I'm eliminating Friday and Saturdays episodes.

Yoga – 0

Meditation – 5min

Water – 50oz

Manifestation – Day 2

Self-talk – B

Miralax – ✅️

Instinew – 🚫

Vitamins – ✅️

Standing yoga poses – ✅️

Seated Abduction exercises – ✅️

Sleep – 3/2 (hours vs getting out of bed)

3.) There was more trout left! – *whew* I didn’t know. My wife surprised me a full breakfast, eggs, potatoes and trout. I couldn’t even tell it was th3 leftovers from Sunday so you know I was happy, full and ready to tackle the day.

2.) Wearing PJs for appointments -I wore them all day yesterday, to the fusion site, everything. That saves me serious time and energy. No flexing, twisting, contortionist type of activities. I’ll b3 repeating today, no shower because I don’t stink. 🤜🏾🤛🏾♿️

1.) There is NO University of Gratitude on Friday or Saturday AM! – This will continue till the new year. Spiral Gratitude Journals are meant to model the mindset, allow Tribespeople to learn or mimic my steps to BEING better. That being said, working 40+ hrs, the crazy fear of losing a J-O-B that provides life-improving alternatives is getting to me. By pulling back on the free content, I’m giving myself more opportunity to heal and build business.
