Gratitude Journal Day 836: Monday, 12/19/22

What and WHY I'm grateful today. I model this so others learn to put mindset OVER bullshit.

Whatever Log! (Random thoughts, questions, opinions. I don’t catch enough dreams for a dream log.)

Gratitude stories!

Remember, the difference between being grateful and showing gratitude is the WHY story. As long as you are writing your story of why you’re grateful, you can’t overthink past decisions, wish for the “good, ol’ days”, wonder how much worse your health will or question if anyone else will leave.

3.) Laying on back tip – I sure appreciate my PT. He’s home based and ALWAYS leaves me with some homework and wellness tips. Laying on the back eases the inflammation and inflammation is NOT my friend.

2.) Blue Cross Blue Shield CSR – She was cool beans. Her story about being married to a person with wheelchair needs calmed me down. I felt she’d help and she did. My PCP completed the steps already so I’m hoping to get a phone call today about a wheelchair with braces, lightweight and some kind of back support. 🤜🏾🤛🏾

1.) My planning board is clean! – My youngest hooked me up. With a clean board, I can start setting up for January because I’m determined to pop my businesses and be a REAL entrepreneur. I know I can help others BE better.
