Gratitude stories!

Remember, the difference between being grateful and showing gratitude is the WHY story. As long as you are writing your story of why you’re grateful, you can’t overthink past decisions, wish for the “good, ol’ days”, wonder how much worse your health will or question if anyone else will leave.

3.) My falloff wasn’t THAT bad – I haven’t done an exercise in over a week due to illness. Imagine my surprise when I pulled all the proper techniques for PT! 🤜🏾🤛🏾. Gotta be excited about NOT getting worse!

2.) Time to try THE General – Aight. First try. I do this right and suddenly I got options with clients. This will increase my base and spread my success with a larger target audience.
