Gratitude stories!

Remember, the difference between being grateful and showing gratitude is the WHY story. As long as you are writing your story of why you’re grateful, you can’t overthink past decisions, wish for the “good, ol’ days”, wonder how much worse your health will or question if anyone else will leave.


3.) Starting with PEELED grapefruit & oranges – I spend considerable time prepping my breakfast and snacks. This will reduce the time today because I didn’t finish yesterday.

2.) Much better sleep – I needed to get clean after sweating through the last few nights. I’m hoping that starting with a clean body also goes to the head and excites my brain into activity. Anything to stay awake as I’ve struggled with that since feeling all week. I slept better last night already so the test kinda worked. Now, being awake all day is the actual GAME. 🀞🏾

1.) Z-pack – This is my 2nd pack of antibiotics. In theory, it will rid the crud cough. GRATITUDE! I think the cough is connected to my poor activity.
