Gratitude stories!

Remember, the difference between being grateful and showing gratitude is the WHY story. As long as you are writing your story of why you’re grateful, you can’t overthink past decisions, wish for the “good, ol’ days”, wonder how much worse your health will or question if anyone else will leave.

3.) Black History playlist – You already know! I’m grateful I get to TEACH these stories and spread the knowledge. These are always fun.

2.) My brother’s surprise party – I’m excited every time I leave the house. However, this one is even better. His surprise party includes our parents and sister. I haven’t seen them siiiiiiiiince…. Last summer?

1.) How much the PT helped – Dude did more than the muscle relaxers and pain killers! I’m able to use the restroom AND hold my legs open! 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾
