What and WHY I'm grateful today. I model this so others learn to put mindset OVER bullshit.

Gratitude stories!

Remember, the difference between being grateful and showing gratitude is the WHY story. As long as you are writing your story of why you’re grateful, you can’t overthink past decisions, wish for the “good, ol’ days”, wonder how much worse your health will or question if anyone else will leave.

3.) Dr. Appt changed to virtual due to rain –Β  It’s been raining all week. Yesterday, I felt like it rained all damn day. Since my wheelchair is electric, it can’t do rain. Plus, my tires are BALD. *shakes head* I called my PCP, they offered a reschedule without cancelation fees, I popped back with just virtual. #boom Problem solved. I stayed home, got my issues discussed, new medicines ordered and used the time to do my exercises, eat and natural healing activities.

2.) New exerciseΒ  – She has me standing, picking up clothespins and snapping those in magazines that she physically moves around. Wow. That is some difficult shit. I can see myself getting strong enough to do it holding on to the table for dear life. Really. I CAN!. That’s where the activity hits hard. It is building a belief that I’m improving snd will continue to improve. I appreciate the challenge and visualize the goal. Real deal self-care
