Gratitude stories!

Remember, the difference between being grateful and showing gratitude is the WHY story. As long as you are writing your story of why you’re grateful, you can’t overthink past decisions, wish for the “good, ol’ days”, wonder how much worse your health will or question if anyone else will leave.


3.) Remixing these reels! – One of my college potnas slid this to me. I consider myself a video creator so I made adjustments and voila… This mug got over a 1k views in 3hrs so I’m already celebrating! Goals!

2.) Website changes – I thought I was done nut nope. Now, I’m sure I’m finished. My goal is to improve website visibility so I’m helping myself. I’m also helping Tribespeople by clarifying further what I do and why. Plus, updating this website pushes me to keep going mentally. I’m going into the week crunk and juiced for activity and growth. This went a looooong way towards my mental health. Working on the websites and various side gigs is relief, a manner of prioritizing. When I’ve done it, my tank is full, appreciation high and I’m better with others. This is my self-love.

1.) THE Super Bowl party  – I wasn’t even gonna come at first. I’m glad I went. As a former Eagles fan, it was awesome watching the game with another Philly fan. It was noteworthy he had chairs, platea, napkins all in true Eagles support. It was cool beans he had dinner ready for kickoff. That’s a rarity. Best yet, the walkways wefr clean
