Gratitude stories!
Remember, the difference between being grateful and showing gratitude is the WHY story. As long as you are writing your story of why you’re grateful, you can’t overthink past decisions, wish for the “good, ol’ days”, wonder how much worse your health will or question if anyone else will leave.

3.) SEO tip on naming latest Gratitude Journal – My PT is my dude. I don’t rock everything he says but I jam a whole bunch. He offered some basic SEO tips to help my book’s visibility on the internet. “Bro, your titles are too long. You must use your keywords for anything to really pop.” I think I knew that but I’ve been so determined to blow up, MY way, MY phrases, MY everything that I wasn’t using it. The way he dropped it made perfect sense so I implemented it. 72hrs till book release. 🤜🏾🤛🏾

2.) Misha’s affirmations! – Yoo. These type of comments make me stop what I’m doing and write back accordingly. The time I spend cultivating those words removes me from negative thoughts. It’s hard to process and believe the bullshit pumping through your head when you’re deep into writing a banging comment. Hell, it’s hard when someone fills your tank too. *bows* She did all that with a comment. A comment that I overstand took considerable energy and focus on HER side. Thank you Sister-of-the-MS’ter!

1.) Stood 20min yesterday! – This swag, Inner G (pronounced energy), attitude was dripping from my mood. TWENTY minutes is a super record for me. I woke up TODAY still crunk and pushed myself through teeth brushing while standing. What an accomplishment!
