Gratitude stories!

Remember, the difference between being grateful and showing gratitude is the WHY story. As long as you are writing your story of why you’re grateful, you can’t overthink past decisions, wish for the “good, ol’ days”, wonder how much worse your health will or question if anyone else will leave.


3.) Chilled all day – ALL day. I know I needed it too. I caught up on my Watch list across 3 platforms. I took a few naps. I avoided the wheelchair as much as possible. I rested myself. Boom. I’m practicing what I’m preaching.

2.) Ocrevus authorized – Yaaaaay, part 2. This medicine is supposed to prevent relapses. I start on Monday.

1.) Super purge? – I don’t overstand WHAT happened or WHY but I had a BM so rough I almost threw up. I’m grateful that something came out, giving me relief. I’m crazy grateful I didn’t vomit, make a huuuuuge mess and be stuck cleaning. Yuck..
