Gratitude stories!
Remember, the difference between being grateful and showing gratitude is the WHY story. As long as you are writing your story of why you’re grateful, you can’t overthink past decisions, wish for the “good, ol’ days”, wonder how much worse your health will or question if anyone else will leave.

3.) NEW neurologist today – It went awesome! Dude remembered me from 2021. ✅️. NEVER interrupted me telling my story. ✅️. Offered medicines I hadn’t heard of before. ✅️. Seeing him won’t stop my Ocrevus fusions. Gave me the experiences of other patients. Didn’t need to wait longer than 5min to see him. Everything was better. I feel like I’ll improve under his care, overstand what’s happening and play a serious role in the direction. This was worth the looooong wait.

2.) Smoothest transition – My bro helped me transition all weekend. No scrapes, bruises, pains. I forgot what a difference it could make.

1.) Kyu – Another bonus of my new neurologist. My favorite sushi spot is between his office and my home. That means every visit will be capped with sushi! 🤜🏾🤛🏾
