Gratitude stories!

Remember, the difference between being grateful and showing gratitude is the WHY story. As long as you are writing your story of why you’re grateful, you can’t overthink past decisions, wish for the “good, ol’ days”, wonder how much worse your health will or question if anyone else will leave.

3.) GroupMe app – It’s a buuuuuuunch of my cousins on one text feed due to the surprise family reunion. The problem is that the text feed is too big, texts don’t arrive. Enter this app. Iykk

2.) Wife came through – I had a ROUGH night, spasms, spasticity, frequent RR trips, chapped lips. Wow. At one point, I couldn’t even get myself outta bed and feared I wet something. That’s when she came in to help by pulling my legs off the bed.

1.) My parents! – They finished the payments on my new mobility chair! I can’t wait for tue comfort and flexibility this is supposed to bring!
