What and WHY I'm grateful today. I model this so others learn to put mindset OVER bullshit.

Gratitude stories!

Remember, the difference between being grateful and showing gratitude is the WHY story. As long as you are writing your story of why you’re grateful, you can’t overthink past decisions, wish for the “good, ol’ days”, wonder how much worse your health will or question if anyone else will leave.


3.) Cleaned my work area – *rubs hands* Yeeeeaaaaaa. I was going to work some OT but my area is congested with pillows, blankets, wires to keyboards, headset, mouse,, snacks, drinks…. I stayed stuck or knocking shit over. I can’t wait to try it now.

2.) The back patio was washed – Courtesy of kid #4. I might be able to outside for the 2nd time this spring 23. Get some sunlight, vitamin D and be somewhere else. That’s some natural therapy!

1.) Setup my personal area – MY space is opposite the work space. It’s been rough trying to podcast so I stopped. I’m ready to jump back into it now. Tomorrow is day one!
