My thoughts on Leadership

I lead Tribespeople that are bedbound, wheelchair-bound, dealing with disabilities and handicaps. I lead them to self-care, self-love and growth by modeling gratitude journaling.

The secret to this leadership is consistency. Acknowledging life can be an absolute shit show of circumstances and diagnoses. Life can spill out of your control, strip you of independence.

You maintain a perspective by writing WHY you’re grateful. This mundane activity slows negative thoughts and overthinking. This normal activity fosters resistance.

When managing physical limitations, chronic illness, feelings of abandonment, my Tribespeople deserve to see others thriving despite the bullshit. That’s what I bring. The Inner G (pronounced “energy”) of a Champion.
